Shipping Policy

Orders are processed 24 hours after receipt of the order and arrive in 15-20 days from the time of processing.

It is the customer’s responsibility to verify that the address entered is correct. If you entered the data incorrectly, send an email to [email protected]
indicating the order number and the data to be corrected.

If the package is delivered but you have not received it, contact the courier. If the package returns to the warehouse because the courier was unable to deliver it, the costs for making a new shipment will be borne by the customer.
